Mi Lan Xiang Phoenix Oolong

This is a prized classic-style Oolong that simply cannot be compared in taste to any other tea. With its unique fragrance and taste of honey and Chinese orchid, Mi Lan Xiang ( "single grove") is a unique and flavorful tea grown in the Phoenix Mountains of Guangdong Province. Oolongs from the Phoenix Mountains are sometimes called dan cong.  Here, some of the oldest tree specimens in the world have been growing since the Qing Dynasty for more than three hundred years.

Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water.  Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2g / 2 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes. 
One oz. Mi Lan Xiang Phoenix Oolong will yield 12-14 cups of brewed tea.
