La Alianza Madre Tierra SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) FTO is a new and special limited offering that comes from San Marcos de Tarrazú, San José, Costa Rica. Founded in 1984, Coopeassa RL is a group of 70 producers, comprised of more than 100 families that have pooled their resources to form a successful cooperative focused on producing some of the highest quality coffee in the world, while living in harmonious accord with the environment.
With above average brightness and sweetness, this outstanding medium-bodied coffee boasts chocolate, brown sugar, and orange notes. We recommend a medium-light roast to a full-medium roast for peak sweetness.
