Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F/90C. Use 1.5 tsp of tea for 8 oz of water. Steep 5-7 minutes. May also prepare as traditional chai in a saucepan. After heating to correct temperature and steeping, combine 2-4 oz of your choice of milk and sweeteners, simmer on low for 2 additional minutes, strain, and serve.
