Started by the Paz family in 2001, San Vicente has helped coffee in the Santa Barbara region become world famous for outstanding quality. Fertile volcanic soil and a microclimate caused by Lake Yojoa provide a reputation for exceptional quality throughout the world. In 2014, Fidel Paz coordinated over 80 families in creating an organic and fair trade cooperative. The coop prides themselves in producing a high quality, sustainable product while assisting members in achieving their own sustainable success.

This well-balanced, medium-bodied coffee is naturally on the sweeter side. Look for hints of milk chocolate, caramel, and creamy cashew. Light and Medium roasts are recommended.
