This chai hold up extremely well to dairy and non-dairy milks, though we recommend adding a minute to the brew time (may use slightly more chai if needed). Recommended Brewing- 1 tsp for 12 oz. water @ 200°F , brew 3-4 minutes, use strainer or disposable tea sachets
